One of the in things right now is for girls to create Nico Nico and You Tube dance videos .Nearly every one of these “dance idols” wear a mask to hide their identity from viewers, stalkers and so on. This has resulted in creating a cult following and an air of mystery surrounding the dancer. Often some go on to sign contracts with agencies ,while others reach the point of video stardom that they remove their masks and continue to perform for their fans.

Well it is not only amateurs and idol hopefuls creating videos, °C-ute`s Okai Chisato has now gotten into the act.

With Interest in SUPER☆GiRLS on the rise, I have pulled up some more vocal previews, this time it is from the August Tokyo Idol Festival that featured over 30 idol groups.

Of all the clips to date, these are the best in getting a read on what to expect from this groups debut album.

The release information for AKB48`s 19th single recently came out .This is if you remember the Janken winners single and it is loaded with AKB48 goodness ,to make sure it will sell.

The single is called “Chance no Junban” [(My) Turn by Chance] and will be used as the theme for their PSP game “AKB 1/48 Idol to Koishitara…”

The coupling track is the 7-Eleven campaign track “Yoyaku Shita Christmas”.

However, wait there is more; the single will come in the traditional Type A, B, editions with the new edition Type K and the AKB48 tradition of theatre version.

Type A will feature Team A coupling track Kurumi to Dialogue
Type K will feature Team K coupling track ALIVE
Type B will feature Team B coupling track Love Jump
Theatre will feature Team Kenkyuusei coupling track Fruits Snow

There will also be a DVD digest included of the Janken Tournament. The DVD is in three parts and to get the complete version you must buy each of the A, K, B, types of the CD.

If that is not enough to get you to buy the single all three types will include a lottery application postcard to attend a talk and handshake event with 3~4 members from the new Senbatsu selection.

One of the reasons that AKB48 has become so popular along with the other 48`s is not that their songs are modern as well as their PV ,it`s that fans feel they get a better quality purchase then other groups with several songs with PV , other goods . Each AKB or any 48 group single offers their fans something different, from sub units, coupling track PV to fan goods.

Back in October Momoiro Clover released their latest single "Pinky Jones" included in the single was two other A-Side singles.

One of those coupling A-Sides was Kimi to Seki. Kimi to Seki takes the unit in a new and maybe not so pleasing direction for some fans and for others it`s a walk down "fan service" road.

In “Kimi to Sekai”, we have Momoiro Clover dressed in leather motorcycle outfits and “bad girl” styled hair and eating ice cream in suggestive shots . Overall, the video is just "fan service" , that depending on how you view "fan service" is a cute video or not so much.

Momoiro Clover made another trip to Music Japan to perform their new single “Pinky Jones” .Backstage before the performance Clover entertained the members of Perfume with Kanako`s flexibility skills.

Momoiro Clover is growing into a wonderful idol unit. Do not be surprised if they are the next group to have a breakout single. I really think the best is yet to come from this group.

Idoling!!! Have returned with a new single called "Eve" .Eve will be released on November 23.

The song is a mid tempo song, with a video featuring the members in a relaxed setting and looking fantastic like they are getting ready to go on a date.

Overall, I found the song modern and pleasing and the video complements the single nicely.
