AKB48 Senbatsu Elections Special Program

AKB48 Senbatsu Elections Special Program.

Kojima Haruna joins Ariyoshi Hiroyuki, Tsuchida Teruyuki, Yamasato Ryota, and announcer Tokumitsu Kazuo as they review the top 21 along with the drama of emotions as Oshima Yuko and Maeda Atsuko battled for the top position in AKB48.

One thing that stood out in all the acceptance speeches were two things said by Oshima and Maeda that speaks volumes to the level of emotions ,fans have cast on these girls .It`s never easy to be in the media spotlight ,so remember that Idols have feelings and hurt ,just like anyone else.

Maeda from her acceptance speech- Everyone, thank you so much. I was able to feel encouragement and support from many people. Of course, I know there are people who do not like me. There is just one thing I would like to ask: even if you dislike me, please do not dislike AKB! This year,

Yuko would later walk down to the stage and tell Maeda.

“Acchan is the face of AKB. As long as Acchan is smiling and looking forward, everything will be fine. Let’s continue looking forward together.”

--------------
Heavy is the head that wears the crown. Some say that these elections are a marketing display of genius, others say they are heartless as the idols suffer a lot of stress .No matter what the answer is to you,  we will all be eagerly awaiting the next elections and rooting for our favorites to rise even higher.
