Morning Musume 9th Gen Chronicles, The Dance

Sayu has been on a 9th gen posting period, around 8 9th gen posts in the last 3-4 days.
This is a summary of four related posts, with comments from Sayu being used as a reference.

Recently Sayu made a series of posts on Zukki and Sayashi-chan and their dressing room free spirit dance contest.

It started out with Zukki who Sayu calls (especially high-spirited Zukki), challenging Sayashi to dance. The free spirited Zukki ended up dancing all around the room before collapsing on to the floor, causing Sayu to start laughing.

Not wanting it to end there, Zukki again urged Sayashi to dance with her, to which Sayashi said, “Ehーbeing strange is embarrassing.” Zukki would not take no for an answer and said to Sayashi “Look here, do it！”, leaving Sayashi little choice but to play along.


Zukki however becomes a free spirit and dances by herself again, to which Sayu said, "Here she comes! The geniussssss! So terrible huh, this girl. lol" Sayu goes on to describe the two as Zukki being weird in a good way and Sayashi having the grace of a ballerina.

Suddenly their manager enters the room wanting to know what all the noise was; Sayu said "suddenly the two of them got in line （lol）, And, gave a deceptive smile （lol）." As soon as the manager left the room, Sayu ends the four posts by saying, "not being discouraged Zukki starts dancing again （lol）"

Note:In another post Sayu hinted that they maybe shooting the new single PV [She also could just mean regular promo photo shoots]

Sayu- “We’re continuing with photo and film shoots still. Everyone is doing their best and the new members are working very hard. Right now we can’t stop with popcorn, while watching the monitors, we’re eating popcorn, and it feels like a mini movie theater (lol)”

These two on the bullet train！
I sat next to Fukuchan and Yasshii
Over one of Yasshii’s eyes, she is holding up a clear cap in front of it
How playful

For the ２ and a half hours on the bullet train, the three of us ate food, and snacks,
And from there the three of us talked a lot
Once again, I was laughing a super lot


Just the more we talk the more fun it is
After that, I got all nostalgic, talking about elementary school and middle school and stuff


9th Gen is starting to show up in Ai-chan`s blog and Reina had dinner with them recently .
It seems that 9th gen is bringing a new spark of excitement to the senior members .

Chapter 5

Titled: Kyun Gen

It’s kind of Kyun-heart stopping from the cuteness, so I took a picture

And behind her, Yasshii she let me get a shot

Or rather, Sayashii compared to the other new members, has this image that she hasn’t together with us seniors yet so,
I was happy she let Sayumi take a picture it was uplifting
Realllly. Each of them is adorable
9th gen cuties. Sheesh, you could call them Kyun Gen
Kyun-heart stopping [she means = emotionally heart stopping]

Titled: Zukki-esque




“I’m, not really like a strawberries,” Zukki.
“That’s not it, hey, smile”
And when I faced the camera at her, her whole face went into a smile

“Isn’t that cute, see, it’s like a strawberry,”
When I showed her the picture she got shy

She brought a chocolate,
“This kind of color suits me better, as I thought this is for me,” Zukki.

“I’ll take a picture for you! Ah, make a funny face~,” being nonsensical…
Just when I thought that, she did it easily (lol)
Of course, more than the vibrant feeling of the strawberry, the chocolate monotone, plus the funny face might be more Zukki-esque

9th gen member, Suzuki Kanon`s special skill.
Bug impressions.
While doing a number of bug impressions,
the picture is her butterfly impression.
It’s hard to get from a still image
However, you get a good sense of her energy right
Actually, I was really cracking up
She has a full repertoire,

 Shouldn’t they make a Zukki’s Impression Insect Chronicles~? lol

 The Morning Musume Event known as “Morning Lab 2 in Osaka is finished
Today was three shows!
It got me nervous too but it was fun!

The four 9th gen members are, so innocent somehow, it is astonishing

Morning Musume 9th Gen Chronicles Chapter 1

As Sayumi seems determined to give the fan base non-stop coverage of the 9th generation, I have decided to create a new feature called Morning Musume 9th Gen Chronicles.

9th Gen Chronicles is simply Sayu`s blog translations on the 9th generation as Sayu talks about the 9th gen new chapters will be added.

9th Gen Chronicles Chapter 1

~ Hair~

The first shot…

“Hey～Mizuki-chan, Mizuki-chan. Touch my hair,”
Zukki said （lol）
Confused Fukuchan （lol）

Feeling Zukki’s hair for her.
Zukki: “I, have a-lot of hair huh～Check it out～”
Yasshii: “No way, rather than say a-lot, it’s a good amount.”

~After The Event~
The event totally over,
in the dressing room,
were Gakisan and Sayumi…
and,
9th gen members Fukuchan, Zukki, and Yasshii

The 9th gen members were funny so, Gaki and I were roaring with laughter & I took all kinds of pictures~
