Berryz released their new single Maji Bomber.
There is nothing flashy or high cost about this video .It`s a simple dance shot with close ups and rotating camera angles. Really a very basic video, which even small Independent bands could do.
The song makes up for the lack of creation, which went to S/mileage .It seems that Hello! Project has a very limited video budget with one unit getting the best video and the others so-so.
I don't know how to feel about this PV... I love the simplicity of it, because if used wisely with the right outfits, theme/concept, etc. the members' personalities could come off well.
ReplyDeleteTo me, the way their make up was done, and their outfits.. I was expecting hardcore rock... well, H!P kind anyway...XD
It was a little too happy and the shots of them trying to look cool but failing just.... well, didn't go well with the tune of the song for me.
I loved the song though, it has a really summer feel to it~
Have to say though... Chinami's shirt made her look like she was pregnant/fat during the short interview before the PV was aired...0____0
