Alice Project has announced they are opening their own performance theater, were their units will hold daily concerts. The theater will be located in Akihabara .The theater will seat 350 people , making it larger than AKB48`s theater .The group will have something similar to a Senbatsu system .The system will be called OMD Otaku Satisfaction ,were fans get one vote per ticket to have a member receive a push promotion.

Alice Project lead by Alice No10 [Alice Juban] have been on a hot streak and is growing in popularity and it`s only a matter of time before they have a breakout moment. Maybe this theater will be the key.

S-Qtry a group we have posted on in the past has had a major shakeup .The contracts of half the group were terminated and the only two left are Asaka and Airi Yamasaki [sisters].
Kind of harsh that on the eve of their 2nd anniversary that half the group would be let go, however Idols have rules, regardless of the level of the group.

AeLL Become Wrestlers For A Day

Not long ago I presented the new idol group AeLL on PIH; recently they traveled to a women’s professional wrestling company to learn how to be wrestlers. After a few fun filled moments of them trying to train, they are brought to tears as the women of this promotion, many their age put on a high-speed training performance. AeLL was left feeling very impressed with what they do everyday to put on their sporting events.

Their faces from hearing the boarding crash under the ring is just as good as the comedy from watching them train.

AeLL, Idols Ready To Yell


“AeLL” (pronounced ‘yell’), is a new idol unit that features Gravure idol Shinozaki Ai together with leader Nishi Erika, Tanaka Kumi and Shijo Haruna.

The name AeLL stands for “Activity eco Life with Love” and the group`s theme is environmental idols. Along with working to reach such goals as appearances on “Music Station” and “Kohaku”, the group promotes environmental issues and plan to take part in cleaning trips such as a Mt.Fuji clean up.

The members are good friends and have wanted to become an idol group for sometime, and at a recent live they started to cry as they performed their recently release debut single “Ecology Monkeys/Chu! Chu! Hareru yeah“.

AeLL hope to one day become international idols and have opened a Facebook account to reach out to fans around the world.

AeLL have a distribution deal with Tower Records online , Shinseido ,Amazon and others for the sales of their releases.

Idol groups Idoling!!!, ℃-ute, 9nine, SUPER☆GiRLS, AeLL are coming together to perform on the same stage for two nights only as part of a fashion event called “Japan Girls Meeting 2011”. As part of the event, the groups will perform on stage in individual mini lives. The live event will from May 21 to 22 at the Tokyo EPSON Shinagawa Aqua Stadium.

AeLL will be featured in a separate post, so please look forward to it.
