Alice 10Ban [Alice Juban] have done a remake of Pureful DIVE-E .If you’re not familiar with Pureful they are also members of Alice Project and every member is a member of Alice 10Ban
I have titled this post “understanding chaos” because when you look at the idol company Alice Project from the outside it looks like a chaotic mess ,when actually it`s not. OK well maybe it really is and some understanding chaos is needed.
So let`s jump right in.
Alice Project is much like Hello!Project and the 48s all rolled into one .It has trainees ,multiple units .What sets this Indie Idol company apart from the mainstream is that all of its members are in multiple units within the company ,some are in as many as 3 units.
Because of this a random fan, can often become confused as to what group they are watching ,I will try to clear it up some in this series and introduce you to some units ,you maybe seeing for the first time.
The most talked about group from Alice Project on Pure Idol Heart is Alice 10Ban [Alice Juban]. Alice 10Ban is like the Morning Musume or AKB48 of this company, the flagship unit. They are also one of two company groups that stage dive .The other is Pureful ,which happens to have the Alice 10Ban members that stage dive in it. More on Pureful later.

In part two we will take a look at the junior units and yes the connection to Alice 10Ban will be found in these units as well.
This is not so much a group preview as it is something that I wanted to show you . I have spoken many times that the genre below the major name groups is a fun world to live in and 90% of all idols live in this underground.
When you put members of several groups together from the same company for a concert you get Alice Juban.
This is Alice Juban performing in concert for a show . At 2:30 in the broadcast two members of Pureful will stage dive into the crowd.
Anyway this is just a small look at the fun you experience in the underground idol world . Highlights of this broadcast for me was the members from Pureful staging diving at the start and ending of the program and all of Alice Juban doing a heavy metal salute to wotas.
The Independent underground is the best kept secret in the genre and if you’re willing to take the time to get to know it , you`ll discover a world were idols are much more free-spirited then their major big sisters.
Fresh Faces: Pureful
Back in June I made a brief post on two members of this group getting injured in a television taping; now it is time to introduce the group.
Pureful is a heavy metal/rock idol unit and are members of a company known as Alice Project .AP features Pureful their sister units Prism, Cherry Blossom and Alice Juban.
Pureful is made up of the following members Fujisaki Asami, Mori Kanon, Ayakawa Komugi, Koitabashi YU-KI, Tsukimura Reika, and Sakura Nodoka. The absolute number one thing that I like about Pureful is that they stage dive into the wotas at lives. The second thing that I like about Pureful is that on the weekends when not working you can find them out cosplaying with non-idols on their free time and the last reason that I like them is because when you ask them why they stage dive, they will gladly say to you “it reflects our current common sense”.
Pureful made their stage diving assault on the idol genre in 2010 and have two CDs to date. While I love Pureful, I think the idol unit HY4_4YH have a harder music sound to them .While both are heavy metal idol units, HY4_4YH holds a specialness to me for being one brick short of a full load and are just plain insane on stage, Pureful gets a slight edge overall in my heart because of the stage dives at lives and because of their lives, they are an experience that you just have to see to fully understand this unit.
The Stage Diving Idols
Ready set ,2 minutes kick wotas in face and it`s 1,2,3,4, idols stage dive.
Members of an Idol group that we have not talked about yet on PIH have suffered serious injuries while filming a variety show.
Pureful an Idol group that belongs to Alice Project were filming the TV Tokyo show “Monthly MelodiX!” .They were playing the traditional idol game of getting dizzy while spinning around a baseball bat and then running to a prize . Members Ayakawa Komugi and Fujisaki Asami were taking their turn at playing the game, as the two idols were spinning Komugi suddenly became very dizzy and crashed into Asami. Because of this collision, the two idols fell into the lighting rig ditch, which was around 1 meter deep. Komugi suffered a broken hipbone and nose, while Asami suffered an ankle injury.
Both were sent to the hospital for treatment .TV Tokyo has released a statement announcing, “They will try harder to disseminate safety management to prevent this from happening in the future.”
Lets all hope the two make a healthy comeback soon.
